Guam, Grand Opening of Machida Shoten Guam Upper Tumon

 Gift Holdings (President Sho Tagawa, headquartered in Shibuya City, Tokyo, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market) and group companies (hereinafter referred to as our group) is pleased to announce the grand opening of a new Machida Shoten Guam Upper Tumon (hereinafter referred to as “our store”) in Guam on June 21, 2026. 

 We as Gift Group aim to “Deliver our ramen to the world as a Gift.” Our businesses focus on managing our company-owned restaurants, supporting our partnership stores by supervising their operations, and distributing our private brand materials. Our goal is to open 1,000 stores domestically and 1,000 stores overseas. Leveraging the expertise in ramen store management accumulated by our group, both domestically and internationally, as well as collaboration with local partners, we are delighted to announce the opening of our store, our store as the 23rd franchise store.

 Our store is located in the Upper Tumon area along Marine Drive, one of Guam's major arterial roads. Upper Tumon is situated approximately five minutes by car from Tumon, Guam's main tourist district, and offers an attractive location that is convenient not only for tourists but also for local residents.

 Our store carries forward the concept of our directly managed locations in Japan, delivering the same high-quality taste, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service. As a Yokohama-style Iekei ramen specialty restaurant in Guam, we are committed to sharing the authentic flavors with as many customers as possible.
